Application for Photographic and Digital Reproductions

The following conditions govern the making of photographic and digital reproductions from archival documents, manuscripts and printed books in Merton College Library:

1. Reproductions may be made only with the permission of the Librarian.
2. The applicants may use the reproductions only for the purpose named by them in the application.
3. The College retains the copyright of the reproductions.
4. Reproduction of copyright originals can be undertaken only after the written consent of the copyright owners has been received by the applicants and the statement below has been accepted.
