Exhibitions

A changing programme of themed exhibitions is held in Merton’s historic Upper Library and Beerbohm Room, and occasionally online. These exhibitions showcase the library’s rich collections, usually including manuscripts, rare books and/or archival material.

Guided tours of the College include the Upper Library and its current exhibition. (There are periods when there is no exhibition on display.) Information on College tours is available on this page.

We may be able to host researchers and groups who wish to see an exhibition at other times. Contact the library at least ten working days in advance of your visit.
