Enquire about a Group Tour of Merton College

Guided tours of the College for groups of up to 10 are led by trained Merton guides, normally last around 30-40 minutes, and include the main quadrangles, the historic library and the chapel. Guides will speak about the history of the College and life in the College today. Tours can be customised if your group has a special interest. Enquiries about special group tours should be made at least 14 days in advance of your intended tour date.

It may be possible to provide a guided tour for groups larger than 10 people by dividing the group or by omitting the library.  Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.  The charge for guided tours is normally £10 per person (£7 for University members, over-65s and children 13 - 17). The charge includes regular admission to the College site. Payment must be made by card at the Lodge; we do not accept cash. 

It may not always be possible to provide a group tour, especially during term time, but we will do our best to accommodate desired dates and times.
