Merton College Net Zero Group Discussion

An informative talk with Chris Stark, Chief Executive of the Climate Change Committee, organised together by the Merton College Net Zero Group and the Development Office. 

"Is the UK on track for Net Zero by 2050?"

All Merton students, staff, alumni and Fellows are welcome. The talk will be preceded with drinks and a chance to network with fellow Mertonians, and a Q&A will follow. 

We are also offering this talk online at 18:00, via the Zoom platform, for those who cannot attend in person. Those who book for the online event will be emailed a link to the Zoom event approximately 24 hours before the event. 

Founded by Matt Vickers (1990), Ria Miller (2008) and Nagadarsan Suresh (2021), the Merton College Net Zero Group aims to connect Mertonians to discuss and explore issues around decarbonisation and climate change from a wide variety of perspectives.
