Concert: Faire Is The Heaven - Choral Classics

This concert included some of the best-loved choral music in the repertoire.

Celebrating Parry’s Centenary, the programme was framed with his anthems I was glad and Blest pair of sirens.

Also included were Harris’s Faire is the heaven, Britten’s Hymn to the Virgin and some pieces especially composed for the choir in the last few years.
