Studies in the Contract Laws of Asia: Remedies for Breach of Contract is edited by Merton's Professor Mindy Chen-Wishart, Professor Alexander Loke, Assistant Dean of the City University, Hong Kong, and Merton alumnus Burton Ong (2000), Associate Professor at the National University of Singapore. It:
