Tim Part (2000)

Strategy consulting

I am a strategy and transformation professional with more than 20 years’ experience across media, sport and technology.

I have worked in consulting, in-house strategy and operational roles, helping organisations tackle complex problems, develop new strategies and turn them into practical plans. My career has included roles with organisations including the Financial Times, Ofcom, the England and Wales Cricket Board and Two Circles, as well as consulting work with a range of media, technology and consumer businesses.

Most recently, I founded the UK Fantasy Sports Forum, an independent industry body focused on research, collaboration and the responsible development of fantasy sports in the UK. I lead its strategy, partnerships, research programme and industry engagement.

Across my career I have worked on areas including business strategy, digital transformation, audience growth, subscriptions, customer engagement, organisational design and innovation. I have also recruited, managed and mentored colleagues at different stages of their careers.

Having taken a fairly varied career path myself, I would particularly enjoy supporting students who are exploring careers in consulting, strategy, media, sport or technology, as well as those who are unsure exactly what they want to do and would value help thinking through their options.
