I worked at Google for 15 years in Learning and Development and Organization Development. More recently I have been self employed as a consultant. I enjoy formally and informally providing mentoring and coaching support and have already worked with 2 mentees from Merton. I completed a B.A. and a D.Phil in Oxford and then relocated to San Francisco where I've been living for 25 years.
