Stella Bourdi (2016)
Stella Bourdi is a Vice President at Dialectica; a global information services company with a vision to shape better business decision-making worldwide and which has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe by the Financial Times for four consecutive years (2021-2024). At Dialectica, Stella is responsible for a team of 100+ individuals from 10+ countries. She is reporting to the CEO, managing commercial operations for a strategic account, leading contract negotiations and holding p&l responsibility for her unit.
Stella holds a degree in Physics with a specialization in Astrophysics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and has spent six months studying at the Universite Joseph Fourier in Grenoble, France, as part of the Erasmus program. Subsequently, she completed her postgraduate studies in Mathematical and Theoretical Physics at the University of Oxford.
Stella has additionally completed online courses such as "Harvard CORe for Economics, Financial Accounting, and Business Analytics", the "Leadership for Gender Equality" course offered by the University of Cyprus in collaboration with the British Council, and the “Private equity & Venture Capital” with Bocconi University. She has nearly seven years of voluntary experience with non-profit organizations, supporting vulnerable social and economic groups and empowering women.
