Kelyn Bacon Darwin (1992)

High Court Judge, Chancery Division

After my law degree at Merton, I spent a year at the EUI in Florence doing a master's degree in EU law. I then undertook the Bar course in London and joined Brick Court Chambers, first as a pupil and later as a tenant. I practiced at Brick Court Chambers until 2020, taking silk in 2014. In 2020, I was appointed to the High Court bench and now sit in the Chancery Division. I am also a bencher at Inner Temple.
