Jack Pagan (1973)
University Professor Emeritus, University of Richmond (Virginia).
I'm a US lawyer and a legal historian of early modern England and colonial America. I earned an MLitt in History at Merton as a Marshall Scholar; a JD at Harvard Law School; and a DPhil in History, also at Merton. I taught law and history for four decades and served as dean of the law school at the University of Richmond. I am currently a member of the bars of New York, Virginia, and Arkansas.
