Junior Group Leader in Astrochemistry
My main professional expertise is in the academic sector. I have carried out research, teaching and supervision in different academic environments, as well as obtained fellowships and research funding in various countries. I am currently a junior group leader at the University of Basel, in Switzerland, where I started a small research group that investigates astrochemistry.
Before moving to Switzerland, I was a Lindemann postdoctoral fellow in the United States (Boulder, Colorado) and an EPSRC doctoral prize fellow in Oxford following a DPhil in physical and theoretical chemistry. I have taught, supervised and mentored students from different backgrounds at different stages of their academic path, and I find helping students navigate new challenges both fulfilling and mutually enriching.
