Arsalan Nayyar (2023)
Founder, Chief Executive and Board Member
Arsalan Nayyar sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and leadership, and has spent nearly three decades proving what is possible when the three align.
Having held senior leadership roles at Accenture and Deloitte, two of the world's top management consulting firms, he built a reputation as a trusted adviser to Fortune 100 clients on business strategy, supply chain management, process reengineering, and organisational design. He led large-scale, enterprise-wide digital transformation programmes across the Medical Technology and Manufacturing sectors, consistently delivering measurable performance improvements and sustained competitive advantage.
Following a distinguished career in global consulting, he now leads LDC, an independent boutique practice specialising in management consulting and high-level advisory work, bringing strategic thinking to organisations across Medical Technology, Manufacturing, and Fintech. Working directly with boards, C-suite leaders, and early-stage ventures, he helps organisations navigate complexity, drive transformation, and build the strategic foundations for sustainable growth.
He also sits on the boards of the Lester Dominic Group, a global legal and professional services firm; Modelomni, a fintech start-up; Noomena, a medical-technology venture; and Enginuity, a technology firm, reflecting the breadth of his expertise and his ability to operate confidently across diverse professional environments.
His commitment to education runs alongside his commercial work. He has taught, mentored, and lectured at top universities on the future of professional practice, and he actively works to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry demands.
His academic credentials are equally distinguished. He holds a Master's degree from the University of Oxford with Distinction and an MBA from the University of Cambridge, with further executive education from MIT. These credentials reflect a lifelong commitment to learning.
Outside his professional life, he enjoys golf and travelling the world, pursuits that mirror his temperament: purposeful, curious, and always in motion.
