Mental Health Awareness Week

Mental health awareness week

Tuesday 12 May 2026

It’s Mental Health Awareness Week from 11-17 May. This year’s theme is ‘Take action’.

Find out more about activities happening around the university, including a wellbeing tour at the nearby Botanic Gardens, MPLS’s programme of events, and a couple of talks at Balliol College (posters attached) on the Neuroscience of Wellbeing and Body Dysmoprhic Disorder.

As ever, the College’s weekly programme offers opportunities to get active, get outside, get some writing done or just get a break and a treat!

Tuesday
