Merton Mentoring

Merton Mentoring is a bespoke mentoring initiative created for Mertonians by the Merton Society in co-operation with the College.  

The aim of Merton Mentoring is to introduce mentors and mentees. Mentees have the opportunity to seek advice and discuss matters relating to their professional development, while mentors can give back to the wider Merton community by helping a fellow Mertonian. 

All Mertonians are warmly invited to become a mentor. The scheme’s success depends on the invaluable work of volunteer mentors and being able to offer a wide range of mentors with diverse backgrounds and experiences, so please do register below if you are interested.  

Mentoring is currently open for recent leavers to sign up as mentees, though we intend to open the scheme to all Mertonians in the very near future.
