Merton College Girl Choristers: Forthcoming Events

In addition to Monday Vespers and Wednesday Evensong during university term, the Choristers sing at a number of special occasions each year.

In the summer of 2021, the Choristers recorded their debut Christmas album, In the Stillness, which will have it's highly-anticipated commercial release in time for Christmas 2022. Several tracks from the recording are now available on Spotify and Apple Music. 

In April 2022, the Choristers sang evensong at Westminster Abbey. 

On Saturday 19 October 2019, the Choristers sang a joint service in the Chapel with Winchester Cathedral Choir.

In July 2019, the Choristers made their debut recording. The 24 girls joined Merton College Choir to record a new piece by Nico Muhly, commissioned for the College’s choirs by the Reed Foundation. The CD was released in June 2020, and features music by contemporary American composers.
