Concert: Mahler’s Resurrection Symphony for Organ

David Briggs, one of the finest organists of his time, played his own transcription of Mahler’s majestic Resurrection Symphony (No. 2). He was joined by soprano Rachel Bowden and mezzo-soprano Grace Durham, and the joint choral forces of the Choir of Merton College, the Kodály Choir, and the Oxford Bach Choir, conducted by Benjamin Nicholas.
