Artur Ekert featured in Best Science & Nature Writing collection

"Beyond the Quantum Horizon" is where Artur Ekert and his co-author David Deutsch seek to take us in their contribution to The Best American Science and Nature Writing 2013, a new collection of work published in October. Their article was originally published in Scientific American in September 2012. The collection, edited by Pulitzer Prize-winning cancer physician, scientist and writer Siddhartha Mukherjee, is "an excellent introduction to the key issues in science today, such as zoonoses, drugs and Facebook".
Merton Professorial Fellow in Quantum Physics and Cryptography, Artur Ekert's research work brings together theoretical and experimental quantum physics, computer science and information theory.
