Research Interests
Jennifer Payne is a Professor in Corporate Finance law (funded by Travers Smith). Her research interests are in corporate law generally, with an emphasis on corporate finance law.
Teaching Interests
Company Law and Trusts at undergraduate level and a number of corporate options on the BCL/MJur course, principally Corporate Finance law, Principles of Financial Regulation and Corporate Insolvency law.
