Research Interests

Mindy Chen-Wishart is Reader in Contract Law at Merton College. Her research interests are in contract law and the law of unjust enrichment (or restitution). Comparative analysis is one strand of this research, as is use of the concepts of procedural and substantive unfairness to invalidate transactions and compel the return of benefits transferred.
