All charges include service but exclude VAT, which will be charged at the prevailing rate on all accounts unless written proof of valid exemption is provided.
Additional Information
- All events are subject to the terms and conditions as detailed in the sample contract
- The Lodge is staffed 24 hours a day and CCTV is in use in the College.
- Exclusive use of the College for a conference is not possible as it remains in use by Graduate Students and Fellows of the College throughout the year.
- Limited areas of Merton College are open to members of the public on midweek days between 2 and 4 and at weekends between 10 and 4.
- 2007 Government Legislation prohibits smoking in public spaces. Smoking is also prohibited in all bedrooms. Smoking is permitted in the Gardens and Quads of the College.
- Due to the ancient character of some buildings, those with ambulant difficulties may find movement around some areas of Merton difficult. Please consult the College's Disability Policy for more information.
